Luxury without compromise! The hotel provided perfect service until the time I left. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met. The newly renovated hotel had a classic French style that felt fresh and updated. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, sightseeing, and dining. the food at the hotel was delicious, especially their Pho, and the coffee was great.

There were no negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

I recently had a fabulous stay at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel's attention to detail and excellent guest room comfort impressed me. The food and beverage options were great, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread with its quality specialties. The hotel's colonial aesthetic gave it a unique charm, and I loved the cozy, boutique feeling it provided. Despite a minor issue with the cab service, the concierge were really nice too find a solution for me. The staff's dedication to ensuring an really good experience made my stay lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect service and comfortable accommodations.

The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, as evidenced by their assistance in a phone-snatching incident. The breakfast buffet offers a superb selection of both international and local dishes. Guests can also enjoy amenities like a pool and spa, ensuring a pleasing stay beyond expectations.

Some guests may find the mattresses to be on the harder side, which could affect overall comfort for those who prefer softer beds.

Stayed at this luxurious 5, star hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was unparalleled. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight of our stay. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi area was perfect for relaxation. the massage we received from their professional masseurs was heavenly. the exclusive garden area was a great escape from the busy city.

The in, room breakfast was not up to par, but this was a minor issue that was quickly resolved.
