Luxury without compromise! The hotel provided impeccable service from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met. The newly renovated property had a classic French style that felt fresh and updated. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, sightseeing, and dining. Additionally, the food at the hotel was delicious, especially their Pho, and the coffee was top-notch.

Stayed at this luxurious 5-star hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was unparalleled. The Spa & wellness centre was the highlight of our stay. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi area was perfect for relaxation. The massage we received from their professional masseurs was heavenly. The exclusive garden area was a great escape from the busy city. The Restaurant had a variety of cuisine that exceeded our expectations.
The in-room breakfast was not up to par, but this was a minor issue that was quickly resolved.
